Richard F. Hatfield is a fellow of the American College
of Trust & Estate Counsel. His firm’s practice includes
the prosecution and defense of will contests, trust
contests, compensation disputes, fiduciary liability
claims, tortious interference claims, estate and trust
accounting proceedings, incapacity proceedings, and
constitutional claims in trusts and estates.

He devotes a substantial amount of time to the
Arkansas Bar and other professional organizations. He
has also served as President of the Arkansas Bar
Association.
